Refund policy
Before your page is published
If you paid but your invitation page has not been published yet, you can ask for a full refund and we will return your payment.
After your page is published
Because a published invitation is a finished digital product delivered right away, we generally can't offer refunds once your page is live. If something is genuinely broken — for example the page won't load or guests can't reply — contact us and we will fix it or make it right, which may include a refund.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
If you were charged twice for the same party, or charged in error, we will always refund the extra or mistaken payment.
How to ask
Email help@hoorayrsvp.com from the address you used to buy, tell us the party name, and we'll reply during business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
