What we collect from hosts
When you buy an invitation we store your email address (used to sign you in and to contact you about your order), the party details you enter, and your payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store them.
What we collect from guests
Guests reply without an account. We store the name they type, whether they're coming, and the adult and child counts they give. A guest's email address is always optional, and is only used to send a confirmation or reminder they explicitly asked for. We never market to guests.
Photos
Photos are only possible on designs that include a photo slot. Uploaded photos are re-encoded, stripped of metadata such as location, and stored privately. They appear only on that party's invitation page.
Who can see an invitation page
Invitation pages are unlisted and hidden from search engines. Anyone with the link can open the page, so hosts can add an optional passcode. Public pages never show the host's email, payment details or internal information.
How long we keep data
The invitation page goes offline 30 days after the party. After that, party details, guest replies and photos are scheduled for deletion. Order and payment records may be kept longer where required for accounting.
What we never do
We don't sell personal information, don't show advertising, don't track guests around the web, and don't put payment details, guest lists or private drafts into public pages.
